I liked the hotel, it's pleasant and the location is excellent in a superb neighbourhood. View to the inner garden was particularly nice, the room was extremely spacious and light. The staff was nice, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the property was near the inner garden. I was happy to find Osteria dei Sensi, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel and served nice food.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! the location was superb, situated in a quiet area with a beautiful garden and lovely views. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with a smile on their face. Lastly, I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially with the balconies that overlooked the serene garden. It was so nice to have a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

One of the drawbacks is the lack of kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This holiday season, I stayed at a comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and hot coffee. the hotel's peaceful surroundings and stunning views contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There were also a few drawbacks to my experience. The bathroom lacked the privacy that I am used to, with transparent walls and an insufficient door.

I had a top-floor room with a great view. Although there was no elevator, the manageable room temperature and convenient table fan made it comfortable. The wifi was slow, but I didn't mind much. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ruckert. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh bread, yogurt, cheese, fruits. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in a little earlier. The location was great too, in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. we felt well taken care of and had a wonderful experience.
